Wells Abbott Transforms the Showroom Experience with an Innovative Design Initiative in London
In 2024, Lauren Hudson launched Wells Abbott London, an innovative event tailored exclusively for American designers and architects.
Now known as Design Destination London, the annual event provides curated excursions to workshops, studios, and production facilities, giving attendees rare, behind-the-scenes access to the creative process. During these experiences, designers and architects connect directly with the makers — hearing their stories and witnessing craftsmanship firsthand. By bringing American design professionals to the source, Design Destination London inspires creativity, strengthens brand understanding, and fosters meaningful transatlantic engagement.
